What We Are Looking For:

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of the organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with 1-2 years of experience in HR roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and maintaining a positive work culture

Job Description:

  •  Implement and execute HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and organize employee training programs and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  •  Proactive and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues.
