What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Sales and marketing who would champion the company’s marketing initiatives and strategy for Distributed Solar in Pakistan.
Job Description:
- Collateral Development: develop marketing material like case studies, flyers, website content, social media posts
- Identify, target, and contact potential customers that fit the company’s criteria of investment
- Engage, promote, and convince customers of the benefits of the solution through digital media
- Participate in trade events with a view to network and generate leads
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closing of deals.
- Identify potential opportunities for business expansion and growth
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing and brand development experience in the energy sector is preferred (sales and marketing, account management, social media marketing, business development, or other like)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, demonstrated or titled position, (oral/written/presentation/interpersonal) to drive results in a team environment under minimal direction with internal and external customers
- Passionate about B2B Marketing and business development, prior knowledge in Solar or renewable energy is a big plus
